Minimal programming and set-up times thanks to innovative control system
In addition to the 4 separately controllable spindles, the sophisticated CNC control system contributes to the flexibility and short throughput times. Intuitive user guidance includes a specially developed, automated nesting system. Here, an algorithm arranges the components to be cut on a predefined plate in such a way that milling is as productive as possible with minimum throughput times and a minimum number of tool changes.
